Blackstone, the world's largest alternative asset manager, has partnered with the Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA) to introduce a certification program for wealth managers in Hong Kong. The initiative, part of Blackstone University—which has operated globally for 13 years—aims to equip wealth managers with the knowledge and resources to support individual investors diversifying into private markets, the companies announced. Despite momentum in the adoption of private markets, individual investors in Hong Kong remain under-allocated. The program seeks to address this gap as wealth management professionals and investors pursue portfolio diversification and attractive risk-adjusted performance.
