The bank's Human Capital Director, Agus Winardono, stated that the programme aims to provide a space for collaboration and technological development, resulting in financial services solutions that the people need. He also highlighted the bank's commitment to attracting the best human resources, including Indonesian digital talents, to join the program and pursue their aspirations. The IT Internship Bootcamp BRI Program will take place at BRI's Jakarta office, and participants who demonstrate good performance will have the opportunity to continue their career at BRI/BRI Group as IT Project Officer or BRI's Management Trainee.
