Citi Private Bank has launched new philanthropy advisory solutions in Asia, starting in Singapore, to support ultra-high-net-worth clients. Led by Citi’s Global Family Office Group, the initiative builds on existing wealth management services and responds to rising demand for structured giving. Clients can establish donor-advised funds, contribute through charity partners, or receive bespoke advisory services. The expansion follows growing interest in philanthropy among Asia’s wealthy, especially the next generation. Citi’s 2024 Family Office survey found over 60% of Asia-Pacific family offices seek strategic guidance on philanthropy. Demand for external expertise is also rising, with 15% of family offices relying on outside advisors in 2024, up from 9% in 2023.
