Faye Ong, previously Citi Wealth’s Asia head of family office advisory, has joined JP Morgan Private Bank as head of its Philanthropy Centre for Singapore and Southeast Asia, according to her LinkedIn update. Ong, who joined Citi Private Bank in June 2021, brings over 20 years of private banking experience across New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore, specialising in family office advisory, philanthropy, and wealth structuring. She has also held leadership roles, including South Asia head of wealth planning at UBP - Union Bancaire Privée. In addition to her banking career, Ong is a board member at Singapore’s Centre for Fathering and strategic adviser to non-profits in Asia. She also founded The Awaken Foundation to support philanthropic causes under Singapore’s qualified grantmakers scheme.
