JPMorgan Chase announced new leadership appointments in its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) for Asia-Pacific, naming Sunil Dhupelia and Huang Peihao as co-heads. This change is part of a regional reshuffle following Simone Haslinger’s departure from her co-head role in Australia ECM; Jonas Troeber will now serve as the sole head. Sophie Qian, previously head of South-east Asia ECM, will transition to the Asia private bank in Hong Kong. Additionally, Satish Arcot has been appointed head of India private capital markets, reporting to both Abhinav Bharti, head of India ECM, and Gautam Sareen, head of alternative equity financing in Asia-Pacific.
