Morgan Stanley has officially opened its new Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore, reinforcing its commitment to the region's growth opportunities. The new office, located at IOI Central Boulevard Towers, spans 107,000 square feet across five floors. The headquarters is expected to play a pivotal role in the firm's regional growth strategy and enhance client services. Operating in Singapore since 1990, Morgan Stanley offers investment banking, securities trading, wealth management, and investment management services. The expansion aims to strengthen its presence and capitalise on significant long-term growth in Southeast Asia. In addition to Singapore, the bank has offices in Jakarta, Bangkok, and Manila, further solidifying its footprint in the region.
