With dual headquarters in Singapore and Hong Kong, RFO benefits from Nerngchamnong’s 20 years of legal expertise and numerous advisory roles. This appointment aims to strengthen RFO’s client counsel. A 2023 RFO report revealed that only 11% of Asia-Pacific family offices have a formal, legally enforceable plan, despite a looming generational shift. In July, former RBC Wealth Management CEO for Asia, Terence Chow, was appointed RFO’s chief operating officer, further boosting the firm’s leadership team.
