
Temasek Holdings has expanded its board with Tan Chong Meng starting 1 April 2024, and Geoffrey Wong joining on 10 May. These appointments aim to enhance strategic oversight alongside existing members. Tan, with a 40-year career spanning private and public sectors, including a significant tenure as CEO of PSA International, also holds positions at JTC Corporation and the National University Health System. Wong, with a background in computer science and electrical engineering, has extensive experience in investment management, serving as UBS’s head of emerging markets and Asia-Pacific equities until May 2023, after co-founding Koeneman Capital Management. Temasek’s chairman, Lim Boon Heng, praised their leadership and diverse skills, anticipating they will strengthen the board’s operational and investment capabilities.
