Raffles Family Office (RFO), one of Asia’s top multifamily offices, has appointed two seasoned professionals to strengthen its leadership team. Barry Tse joins as managing director of Relationship Management, bringing over two decades of private banking experience, including senior roles at UBS, Julius Baer, Macquarie Bank, and Man Investments. He holds CFA and CAIA designations. Cherie Liu is appointed head of Marketing and Communications. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing within private banking and investment services. She previously held executive marketing positions at UBS and Credit Suisse, focusing on client engagement for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Both will be based in Hong Kong, reporting directly to Group CEO Chi-man Kwan.
