UK PE firm Inflexion opens Singapore office

UK-based private equity firm Inflexion has opened a new office in Singapore to expand its Asia presence and appointed Shane Gong as managing director to lead investor relations in the region. Gong brings over 20 years of experience in private equity fundraising, investing, and M&A, with previous roles at Evercore, CPE Capital, Rothschild, and Macquarie. “Opening an office in Singapore is a strategic milestone and will help deepen investor coverage in the region,” said George Collier, COO and Partner at Inflexion. Founded in 1999, Inflexion focuses on mid-market deals sized between GBP20m (USD26.32m) and GBP500m and currently manages over GBP11bn in assets. The firm’s move underscores growing global investor interest in Asia-Pacific markets.
