Wrise, a wealth management platform targeting clients from Asia and the Middle East, has expanded its Hong Kong presence amid a rise in wealthy individuals establishing family offices, Chairman Derrick Tan said. The firm opened a second office in Lee Garden One, Causeway Bay, spanning 17,000 square feet—four times larger than its initial location in nearby Hysan Place. Established two years ago, Wrise serves ultra-high-net-worth clients with assets of USD25m or more and has extended services to those with USD500,000 to USD5m through its new affiliate, Wrise Prestige. The expansion aligns with growth in Hong Kong’s family office and wealth management sectors, partly driven by the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (CIES), which requires a minimum investment of HKD30m for residency.
